Case Study: Social Media Management
I worked with a boutique, international mystery shopping company to develop and define their brand identity via social media. For this project, I captured and developed assets, including photography and copy, from clients and integrated them into the account. I crafted a brand kit that includes a consistent color scheme, a regular posting schedule, and shareable content designed to expand the brand's reach beyond their followers. I shot and sourced photography and copy, and optimized the accounts to push from Instagram to Facebook, expanding the brand's reach while maintaining best practices across both platforms.
