Case Study: Menu Design
I worked with a well-known Philadelphia restaurant to optimize and redesign their menus. For this project, I captured and preserved assets, including custom artwork and logos, from previous designers and integrated them into the new design. I removed blemishes and visual 'tics' from the design and chose new fonts that are both easier to read and in line with their brand. I worked collaboratively with the owners on the look and feel of the new menus, and when they were satisfied, I created a template menu in Microsoft Word that allows them to make menu changes on site, on the fly, rather than relying on the costly and difficult to manipulate Adobe Suite.
